Etisalat Beach Development
Freelance Interior Designer & Project Supervisor
A comprehensive beachfront recreational development designed for Etisalat through Green East Landscape & Decor. The project proposed transforming a large coastal site into a branded leisure destination, integrating recreational activities, dining facilities, architectural features and natural beach landscaping.
As a Freelance Creative Consultant, I was responsible for the overall design concept and site layout, including a distinctive entrance gate, three beach cabins, pedestrian circulation, two beach volleyball courts, a custom-designed swimming pool, dining facilities and a branded monumental sculpture.
The design also incorporated shower, locker and restroom facilities, natural straw umbrellas and shade structures, and illuminated advertising lightboxes. Particular attention was given to visitor movement, the relationship between recreational zones and the shoreline, and the integration of Etisalat's corporate identity into the outdoor environment.
The proposal was developed and visualized before my relocation to the United States, which occurred prior to client approval.

The designs explore different roof shapes, proportions and structural arrangements to create comfortable shaded environments suited to beaches, swimming pools, private gardens and other outdoor recreational spaces.
Particular attention was given to the relationship between the wooden framework and the natural straw covering, using geometric construction to achieve a variety of architectural forms while maintaining a cohesive, organic appearance.
